The project also aims to create better conditions for greater adult participation in education by developing a tool for mapping the educational needs of staff engaged in adult learning, as well as to foster an innovative learning environment through the development of a software solution providing users with access to all training materials and related information.
The implementation of the project is expected to improve the quality of adult education and training and increase adult participation in formal, non-formal, and informal learning. At the same time, strengthening the competences of staff engaged in adult education is expected to contribute to reducing learner dropout rates.
